CitySweat BootCamp is back for it’s 15th season! Sweat with friends and enjoy the great outdoors with our popular program. Our workouts optimize exercise selection and programming to get awesome strength benefits without added resistance. We use circuits, tabata, HIIT, AMRAP, and other formats to ensure no workout is the same. Workouts are designed to allow all fitness levels to participate confidently with plenty of room for modifications. Participation is limited to 12 clients.
