CitySweat Outdoor blends the best elements of our in-studio GroupX with the cardio benefits of our fan-favorite BootCamp. We optimize exercise selection and programming to get awesome strength benefits without added resistance. Each workout is a little different format, e.g. circuits, tabata, hit, AMRAP… and each workout incorporates some cardio conditioning. Every workout is designed to allow all fitness levels to participate confidently with plenty of room for modifications. Participation is limited to 9 clients allowing for appropriate social distancing and personal attention.
