Small Group workouts are custom-crafted to focus on form, function and strength for optimal results. With a max capacity of 4 participants, Small Group clients benefit from the skillful instruction of a Certified Personal Trainer in the dynamic atmosphere of a small group setting for the best of both worlds.

Virtual Training

Get the benefits of working out with a Certified Personal Trainer within the comfort of your own home. Your trainer will build a program that optimizes the space and equipment at your disposal.  With the help of our video conferencing platform, your trainer will monitor your form, adapt your workout and push you to get the best workout possible.

CitySweat Outdoor

CitySweat Outdoor workouts are Charm City Fitness’ answer to Group Fitness. Our circuit-style workouts combine strength training, cardio, plyometrics and high intensity interval training to keep your heart rate up while building muscle. Each workout has a maximum of 9 participants to allow for safe spacing.  A perfect a great group workout without getting lost in a crowd.
