Personal Training

The science of teaching a client how to use their body correctly and efficiently in every action he or she might execute. This includes, but is not limited to weight training and cardiovascular exercise. Personal training is frequently used for advances in Sports Specific Training, Rehabilitation (pre and post-surgery), Weight loss, and General fitness. The best personal training is accomplished in individual sessions to ensure focus is placed on one client at a time.

Group Fitness Training

Personal training specially formulated for a group atmosphere. Group Fitness sessions can take place during specified times inside the studio, outside in Patterson Park, or at a location convenient for the client. Group Fitness Training is a fun, affordable way to enjoy the benefits of personal training.


Therapeutic Exercise & Rehabilitation

Instructional support and treatment of physical disabilities provided by a certified athletic trainer, involving the use of exercise, stretching, massage, water, and heat. Therapeutic exercise helps improve the use of a person’s bones, joints, muscles, and nerves. More specifically, it improves overall general fitness, sensorimotor development, biomechanical function, and cardiopulmonary status. With thorough rehabilitation, a certified athletic trainer can accelerate your return to play/activity.


Nutrition Counseling

A healthy, well-balanced diet is an integral part of reaching any fitness goal and an important part of a healthy lifestyle. A healthy diet is about finding the right breakdown of nutrients to match your lifestyle and goals. Charm City Fitness has two options for helping you reach your nutrition goals:
