One-on-One personal training is Charm City Fitness’ premier service. In fact, it’s what we built the business on nearly two decades ago. Whether you are new to fitness or an experienced athlete, you can benefit from the personalized attention, custom program design and focus that One-on-One offers.

CitySweat GroupX

These are no ordinary group fitness classes.  Think of it more as group personal training!  These unique workouts combine strength training, cardio, plyometrics, and high intensity interval training to keep your heart rate up while building muscle.  With no more that 12 participants in each session, you get the camaraderie and discounted rates of group training while still benefitting from the individual attention of a personal trainer.  Log in to our website for more details and to register.

Therapeutic Exercise & Rehabilitation

Instructional support and treatment of physical disabilities provided by a certified athletic trainer. Therapeutic exercise helps improve the use of a person’s bones, joints, muscles, and nerves. More specifically, it improves overall general fitness, sensorimotor development, biomechanical function, and cardiopulmonary status. With thorough rehabilitation, a certified athletic trainer can accelerate your return to play/activity.

Nutrition Counseling

A healthy, well-balanced diet is an integral part of reaching any fitness goal and an important part of a healthy lifestyle. A healthy diet is about finding the right breakdown of nutrients to match your lifestyle and goals. Our Personal Trainers will analyze your current diet and habits and guide your toward healthier choices for longterm change.  We don’t believe in elimination diets or extreme calorie cutting.  We believe in working together to find a happy medium for healthy living that is manageable and realistic to maintain as a lifestyle.

Small Group Personal Training

Small Group Personal Training is Charm City Fitness’ fresh take on Personal Training and Group Fitness. Our unique program design brings the value of personal training into the everyday fitness experience.  Small Group workouts are custom-crafted to focus on form, function and strength for optimal results.  With a max capacity of 4 participants, Small Group clients benefit from the skillful instruction of a Certified Personal Trainer in the dynamic atmosphere of a small group setting for the best of both worlds.
