These are no ordinary group fitness classes.  Think of it more as group personal training!  These unique workouts combine strength training, cardio, plyometrics, and high intensity interval training to keep your heart rate up while building muscle.  With no more that 9 participants in each session, you get the camaraderie and discounted rates of group training while still benefitting from the individual attention of a personal trainer.  Log in to our website for more details and to register.

POWERhour: Wednesdays at 6:30am and Saturdays at 11:30am

HIITit and QUITit: Mondays at 6:15pm and Saturdays at 9:30am

hardCORE: Mondays at 6:45pm and Saturdays at 10am

TABATA: Tuesdays at 6:30pm; Wednesdays at 7:30pm; Thursdays at 6am and 6pm

FIT40: Fridays at 6:15am

STRONGer: Tuesdays at 6pm and Thursdays at 6:45pm

BURN: Thursdays at 6:30am

FASTer: Saturdays at 8:45am

Therapeutic Exercise & Rehabilitation

Instructional support and treatment of physical disabilities provided by a certified athletic trainer. Therapeutic exercise helps improve the use of a person’s bones, joints, muscles, and nerves. More specifically, it improves overall general fitness, sensorimotor development, biomechanical function, and cardiopulmonary status. With thorough rehabilitation, a certified athletic trainer can accelerate your return to play/activity.
