These are no ordinary group fitness classes. Think of it more as group personal training! These unique workouts combine strength training, cardio, plyometrics, and high intensity interval training to keep your heart rate up while building muscle. With no more that 12 participants in each session, you get the camaraderie and discounted rates of group training while still benefitting from the individual attention of a personal trainer. With thorough rehabilitation, a certified athletic trainer can accelerate your return to play/activity.

Small Group Personal Training
Small Group Personal Training is Charm City Fitness’ fresh take on Personal Training and Group Fitness. Our unique program design brings the value of personal training into the everyday fitness experience. Small Group workouts are custom-crafted to focus on form, function and strength for optimal results. With a max capacity of 4 participants, Small Group clients benefit from the skillful instruction of a Certified Personal Trainer in the dynamic atmosphere of a small group setting for the best of both worlds.
