This 40-min workout combines elements of circuit training and interval training to burn maximal calories. Participants will work there way through a new strength circuit each class. Utilizing everything from dumbbells to cable machines and BOSU balls to treadmills these circuits are a great total body workout.

This fast paced 30-min workout brings together strength training and high intensity interval training for maximum results in minimal time. Utilizing kettle bells, medicine balls, agility ladders, resistance bands, and bodyweight, each session will focus on a specific body part. The pace of the class will challenge you to push yourself but still allow you to manage your pace.

Get fit fast with this fast-paced, 40-min Tabata style workout.  Using a combination of Dumbbells, Kettlebells, machines, TRX straps and much more, you'll work your way through a series of exercises using Tabata intervals.
