This allows for a safe, efficient, and more personal environment for people to engage in exercise and get to know one another.

What is the appropriate age range and athletic ability for the Boot Camp?

Charm City Fitness' Boot Camp is designed for people ranging in age from 18 - 55. The classes are designed so participants can adjust their own intensity levels. Participants should be prepared to do running intervals, sprints, stairs, etc. We have found that anyone willing to work hard can be successful in our Boot Camp. Charm City Fitness will perform a complimentary fitness assessment should someone wonder what their athletic ability may be, and if they are in the proper shape to participate in the Boot Camp.
