Small Group Personal Training is Charm City Fitness’ fresh take on Personal Training and Group Fitness. Our unique program design brings the value of personal training into the everyday fitness experience.  Small Group workouts are custom-crafted to focus on form, function and strength for optimal results.  With a max capacity of 4 participants, Small Group clients benefit from the skillful instruction of a Certified Personal Trainer in the dynamic atmosphere of a small group setting for the best of both worlds.
