This challenge is about setting yourself up for success to reach your goals For Real this year. You will begin the challenge with a 15-minute coaching session to set goals, discuss obstacles and come up with strategies for success. You will have access to a private community forum where you will find tips and challenges from your trainers as well as support and accountability from fellow participants. Half way through the challenge, you will have a follow up coaching session to make sure you’re staying on track and adjust your goals and strategies as needed. And then, there’s the workouts! Twice a week your personal trainer will work with you to cater each of your Small Group Personal Training workouts to your specific goals and ability level. You will also benefit from an additional two workouts each week in our GroupX classes. By the end of this challenge you will have increased strength, improved fitness and solid strategies for sticking to your new routine.
